Teach client's workout jargon. They'll show up more once they feel like they belong.

A few times a year, hand your client a paper with three questions:
- What's one thing you'd like me to stop doing?
- What's one thing you'd like me to start doing?
- What's one thing you'd like me to keep doing?
2 Business Nuggets
1.
You can guarantee good luck with preparation and patience so long as you don’t get distracted. The key is to consistently execute on ‘good enough’ things for extended periods of time.
Once initial excitement wears off and the day-to-day routine sits in, boredom often leads to procrastination which leads to a search for a better way.
The hard part isn’t choosing your actions, it’s sticking with them.

If there is a secret to success, it isn’t to wait to try and get it perfect. Nobody can guarantee a win today. But you can skew the odds in your favour by doing two things:
- Consistently making good decisions, and
- Showing up long enough for the odds to play out.
