2 Coaching Concepts
1.
A story of a man running a marathon while chain-smoking cigarettes went viral last week.
If you shared this, I'd like to ask you a challenging question:
"Is you sharing this story making the positive change in the world you want to make?"
You have a choice. You can share:
Good stuff that helps people
or
Dumb stuff because it's sensational.

2.
Meal plans don't work but three-day food logs do.
Have a client track what they eat for three days without judgement.
Then, ask them what they want to change and circle everything that they mention.
Once done, ask them what they want to change first and make a plan.
The more ownership your client has over their plan, the better chance they'll do it.
Also, it helps to ruffle the pages . . .
2 Business Nuggets
1.
Online fitness isn't saturated
You don't need a big social media following.
Focus on quality, not quantity.
$108,000/yr = 30 clients * $300/mo.
All you need are 30 good customers.
Market to your ideal person, not the world.
You'll end up with a smaller, more engaged following.
It'll be bad for your ego, but good for your wallet.

2.
Online fitness launch 101:
-Niche you could train unprepared.
-Focus on one transformation.
-Presell via wait list.
-Timebox 60-90 days.
-Beta group + feedback.
-Ask for testimonials.
-Upsell ongoing coaching.
1 Quote to Consider
"If exercise could be turned into a pill, it would be the most prescribed medicine in the world."
