Sure, Dr. Rusin brings up some great points that might challenge you to think critically about your client's programs. But this article isn't number one because of his argument per se; it's number one because he makes the argument in the first place.
No, a trainer shouldn't start contradicting experts the day after earning his/her CPT. However, every trainer should strive to maintain the mindset that led Dr. Rusin to explore this topic further -- how can I better help my clients achieve the results that matter most to them?
