Many people are perfectionists. For some, this perfectionism is a tool that helps them thrive, and for others, it is an anchor that weighs them down, as nothing they achieve will ever be good enough. In this article, Dr Lisa Lewis discusses both the pros and the cons of perfectionism, and provides some very practical advice for how you can use the "healthy perfectionism" to your advantage, and how you can minimize the impact of the "unhealthy perfectionism." When it comes to perfectionism, the key is to embrace the good, and be mindful of/manage the not-so-good.
