The Top Article of the Week
It's an interesting thing in the fitness industry. 30 years ago, a personal trainer's job may have been to teach clients the science of health and fitness. Today, trainers spend more time explaining what is NOT science, and should therefore be avoided. Step one to becoming a successful trainer is learning true nutrition and exercise science. Step two is learning how to convey the science to your clients in an effective and relatable manner. Nia Shanks gets it done in this week's top post, "The Mind-Boggling Bullshit of Health & Fitness".
