It's an interesting thing in the fitness industry. 30 years ago, a personal trainer's job may have been to teach clients the science of health and fitness. Today, trainers spend more time explaining what is NOT science, and should therefore be avoided. There is so much misinformation out there that it is no longer about saying anything new; it's about explaining what is right.
