The Top Article of the Week
Over the course of our lives, most of us will suffer from at least one injury. The injury might be short in duration, longer term, or could even involve a chronic condition. As a result, we might be forced to miss time away from the gym, or at least be forced to stray from our regular routine. To some, this can be devastating. Rather than use our injury as an excuse to feel sorry for ourselves, and to let many aspects of our lives slide, we need to do the reverse. Because we might not be able to train the way we are accustomed to, we should spend this time improving other aspects of our lives, developing new hobbies, and so forth. We can also use this time to focus on other aspects of our workouts, learn about our injury and why it possibly happened, and make sure it does not happen again. This article is one that many people will be able to relate to.
