A good trainer is constantly learning -- new exercises, new programming techniques, new nutrition data. But what about your coaching cues? Have you been using the same ones too long? Are your cues as effective for your everyday fat loss clients as they are for your advanced training clients?

Last week, in our General Health list, Mike Robertson gave us his 5 favorite coaching cues. This week, he responds to a call for his LEAST favorite cues. And his choices -- like arch hard, sit back, and knees out -- might be cues you've used before. He is careful to note, however, that there really are no "bad" cues, and what is effective for one client might not be effective for another.
